3. Damages, Inconsistencies, and Distortions

Please inspect your cargo batch immediately upon delivery. If you uncover structural damages, component manufacturing faults, or an erroneous product mismatch, alert us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free immediate replacement item or issue a full credit adjustment.

4. Rapid Refund Issuance & Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your return parcel arrives back at our logistics facility, it is thoroughly examined within 2 business days to verify its structural integrity.
  • Approval Notification: We will immediately send you an email confirmation approving or rejecting the status of your refund.
