1. Shipping Fees & Destination

  • Target Region: We explicitly ship to domestic physical addresses within the United States.
  • Shipping Cost:  Free Economy Shipping is universally applied to all products storewide. There are absolutely no hidden transport handling fees, no separate fuel surcharges, and no mandatory freight insurance fees forced upon the buyer at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Transit Timelines

To establish seamless alignment and clear performance benchmarks, our total fulfillment time frame is split directly into two clear parameters:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday.
  • Order Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This covers rigorous payment verifications, individual quality control testing, secure packaging, and parcel handover to domestic/international carriage facilities.
  • Transit/Shipping Delivery Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Parcels are thoroughly tracked and forwarded to your domestic address using verified couriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

While Aglplus systematically fulfills batches strictly within handling windows, operational anomalies beyond our immediate control (severe natural disasters, localized postal strikes, complex custom holds) might shift transit dates slightly.
